3 children drowned while swimming in the sea in Nghi Son town

On June 11, information from the People's Committee of Hai Ninh Ward said that by 5:00 p.m. the same day, authorities and relatives had found the bodies of all three children who had drowned and died in the area.

Hai Ninh Ward residents were shocked to hear that 3 children had drowned.

Before that, at around 3:00 p.m. the same day, relatives took VTD (14 years old), VQU (12 years old, D.'s younger brother, both living in Thanh Thuy commune, Nghi Son town), and HMTV (12 years old, living in Truong Minh commune, Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa ; all 3 children are siblings and relatives) to the beach area in Hai Ninh ward to swim.

While swimming in the sea, all three children drowned. When relatives and locals discovered them and shouted for help, it was too late.

Upon receiving the news, the authorities and local authorities mobilized dozens of people to search. By 3 p.m. the same day, the bodies of all three children were found.

Previously, on the afternoon of April 20, there was also a drowning incident while swimming in the sea in Hai Hoa Ward (Nghi Son town), causing the death of 2 children.
