6 Agribank systems/products won Sao Khue Award 2025

Sao Khue Award is a program to evaluate and recognize excellent and prestigious products and services of the Vietnamese software and IT services industry, initiated and organized by the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) since 2003. Products and services that receive the Sao Khue Award are all of high quality, outstanding efficiency, and have a competitive advantage in the market.

In 2025, with 6 nominations voted and highly appreciated by experts from the Preliminary Selection Council and the Final Selection Council, Agribank is the Bank with the most and most diverse technology systems/excellent service products of the Vietnamese software and information technology industry - Sao Khue 2025 applied in the banking industry.

1. Agribank – Sao Khue customer information authentication and cleaning management system for the Digital Data field.

The customer information authentication and cleaning management system allows synchronization, management, and exploitation of cleaned customer data from channels, effectively supporting the process of implementing the connection with the National Population Database, enhancing protection measures, monitoring, and preventing abnormal and fraudulent transactions.

Superior to existing monitoring systems on the market that simply monitor technical parameters and warn when incidents occur, the Agribank Data Center Infrastructure Centralized Monitoring System has the ability to analyze equipment like "skilled workers" to help warn of potential risks of damage while the equipment is still operating, to ensure the data center infrastructure operates stably and continuously.

4. Digital solution for credit approval process beyond authority - Sao Khue in the field of Data - Process Digitization (BPO).

Credit approval processes are digitized through advanced analysis tools for credit records, financial reports, and financial indicators to increase the accuracy of credit approval, while monitoring the investment portfolio, reducing the risk of errors, reducing credit risks and allowing Agribank to shorten the operating time, approving credit for customers faster and more accurately.
