15 candidates working at hotels and accommodation facilities across the province have entered the competition rounds to find the best receptionist in Ha Tinh in 2023.

The Hotel Receptionist Competition is a professional activity to honor the hotel receptionist profession; an opportunity for Ha Tinh tourism industry to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the quality of the reception team as well as human resources working at accommodation establishments throughout the province; thereby finding directions for training and supporting the training of resources in the coming time.
The organizers presented souvenir flags to units with contestants participating in the contest.
The contest is also a playground for hotel receptionists across the province to exchange, share and learn from each other. Thereby, they can improve their profession, update their knowledge, and improve their skills in order to build a professional and friendly image of the reception team at accommodation establishments across the province.

The contest had the participation of 15 contestants from hotels and accommodation establishments in the province. After the opening ceremony, the contestants entered three competitions including: style, communication skills, self-introduction and skills in selling products of tourist accommodation establishments; drawing lots to answer questions through solving real-life situations at the reception desk and talent competition.
The contest is expected to take place in 1 day (November 10).
