(Dan Tri) - Billiard player Nguyen Hoang Yen Nhi announced that she will join the PBA system. This means that Yen Nhi indirectly says goodbye to tournaments related to the Vietnam Billiards & Snooker Federation (VBSF).
The announcement of joining the PBA (Professional Billiards Association) tournament system was made by Yen Nhi this afternoon (November 26).
On her personal page, Yen Nhi wrote: "Actually, I have never been sure whether I am on the right track or not, but I believe that every choice, every path will bring me valuable lessons and experiences."

"A new arena is much more difficult than (PBA), I hope everyone will always be by my side and support me," Yen Nhi added.
On the PBA side, the organization also announced welcoming Nguyen Hoang Yen Nhi, after she decided to join their tournament system.
By joining the PBA tournament system, Yen Nhi has indirectly said goodbye to tournaments related to VBSF. The Vietnam Billiards & Snooker Federation is a member of the International Billiards Union (UMB), while UMB is an opposing organization to the PBA.
Recently, athletes who compete in tournaments under the PBA system (and LPBA for women) will be banned from participating in tournaments under the UMB system and organizations related to UMB. Yen Nhi's announcement that she joined the PBA means that this athlete accepts the bans from UMB and organizations related to UMB.
Previously, Yen Nhi participated in the UMB Women's 3-Cushion Carom Billiards World Championship, which took place in September this year. She won a bronze medal.
However, Yen Nhi later expressed her displeasure when VBSF did not support her with funding to attend the world tournament. VBSF explained that VBSF does not have a policy of supporting athletes financially to attend international tournaments. They only provide legal support.
