Typical examples include the 3rd Hanoi Talent Chef Competition - 2025, the barista competition - Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) and the only coffee aroma testing competition in Vietnam - Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC).
In particular, the Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025 - the first prestigious culinary award in Vietnam with international certification value, will take place within the framework of the exhibition, promising to attract strong attention from the F&B industry community.
This is also an opportunity for visitors to update the latest trends and information about the industry through conference programs co-organized by Informa Markets and influential associations in the industry such as the Vietnam Hotel Association (VHA), Vietnam Housekeeping Club (VEHA), ASEAN Hotel and Restaurant Association and Da Nang Culinary Culture Association (DCCA).
