70 outstanding works by artists nationwide were selected from the propaganda poster creation contest to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), to promote the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.
Of which, the organizing committee awarded prizes to 16 works, including one first prize, two second prizes, two third prizes, 10 consolation prizes and one movement prize.
First prize went to author Do Nhu Diem (Thai Binh) with the work All for the Dien Bien Phu campaign .
Author Do Nhu Diem also won a second prize with the work Dien Bien Phu, Victory of the strength of great national unity of Vietnam .
The second second prize was awarded to author Nguyen Duy Thanh (Hanoi) with the work Commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory - Uncle said victory is victory ...
Two third prizes were awarded to author Nguyen Ngoc Khai (Dak Nong) with the work Vietnam Ho Chi Minh Dien Bien Phu, and Le Ngoc The (Nghe An) with the work Dien Bien Memories.
The work Dien Bien Phu, Victory of the strength of great national unity of Vietnam by author Do Nhu Diem won second prize.
The work "Uncle Ho said victory is victory" (left) by Nguyen Duy Thanh won second prize, and "Vietnam Ho Chi Minh Dien Bien Phu" (right) by Nguyen Ngoc Khai won third prize.

The Art Council selected 65 works for exhibition, including 17 awards, including one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, 10 consolation prizes and one grassroots prize.
The first prize was awarded to author Pham Binh Dinh (Hanoi) with the work Hello, the girl who opened the road . The two second prizes were awarded to author Nguyen Cong Quang (Hanoi) with the work Legendary Road and author Nguyen Duy Thanh (Hanoi) with the work Illuminating our path to a long-term battle .
Author Do Nhu Diem won first and second prizes in the contest for composing propaganda posters to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory and also won a third prize in this contest.
