On February 17, the Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police informed that during the peak period of attacking, suppressing crime, ensuring security and order for the 2025 Lunar New Year (from December 15, 2024 to February 14, 2025), the traffic police force in Hai Duong province detected and handled 13,110 cases of traffic safety violations, imposing fines of more than 43.7 billion VND.

Of these, there were more than 3,800 cases of speeding, more than 2,600 cases of not wearing helmets, more than 2,500 cases of alcohol concentration violations, 2,100 cases of not having a driving license, 295 cases of not obeying traffic lights, 171 cases of overloading...
