Recently, a Xiaomi device with model number 25010PN30G appeared on the AI benchmark platform Geekbench. Analysts believe that this is the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra flagship model.
Accordingly, the successor to the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will run on Android 15 operating system right out of the box. The CPU clock speed of the chip confirms previous reports that the device will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will run on Xiaomi's HyperOS 2.0 interface, which includes AI features like a writing assistant, a translation tool, an AI Memo feature, and an AI movie lock screen clock, which allows the device to intelligently use user-recorded videos and convert them into a dynamic lock screen clock.
As for the CPU and GPU performance of the prototype, the previous Geekbench listing of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra showed that it scored 3,180 in the single-core test and 10,058 in the multi-core test. This result is on par with devices powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip such as the S25 Ultra, OnePlus 13, and iQOO 13.
Previous sources revealed that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is likely to have a high-end LTPO OLED panel, measuring 6.73 inches with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a resolution of 1,440 x 3,200 pixels.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra will have 2 telephoto cameras. One camera has a Sony IMX858 sensor - appeared on Xiaomi 14 Ultra, using an f/1.8 aperture lens, 1/2.51 size, focal length is 70mm. The other telephoto camera uses a 200MP sensor with 4.3x optical zoom support, 100mm focal length and f/2.6 aperture.
The remaining cameras on the Xiaomi 15 Ultra include a 50MP main sensor with a 23mm focal length and f/1.6 aperture as well as a 50MP ultra-wide camera.
The device is IP68+IP69 dust and water resistant and has wireless charging. The battery capacity is said to be between 5,450 mAh and 5,800 mAh.
