Sleeper bus caught fire at night, passengers and driver fled

While passing through Liem Tuyen commune (Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province), the sleeper bus suddenly caught fire, many passengers and the driver fled to escape.

On the evening of November 7, a large fire broke out on a sleeper bus in Phu Ly City. The incident occurred at around 9:00 p.m. the same day, when the sleeper bus with license plate 89H-040.xx was traveling to Liem Tuyen Commune, at the intersection of Provincial Road DT 499 and National Highway 21B in the direction of Hung Yen - Phu Ly City.

At this time, the driver discovered smoke coming from the cabin, so he stopped the car and shouted for passengers to get out and escape.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Ha Nam Province mobilized many fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire.

Sleeper bus burned down after a big fire.

The fire caused no casualties, but the bus and its luggage were burned. The cause of the fire is being investigated by authorities.
