Building a clean, healthy, open and transparent administrative environment

(QNO) - Today, June 23, the Provincial People's Committee issued a plan to launch the emulation movement "Building a clean, healthy, open and transparent administrative environment". The emulation period is from July 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024, aiming to improve efficiency, service quality and improve the satisfaction of people and businesses with state administrative agencies at all levels in Quang Nam.

The plan aims to strive for 100% of information and policies related to people to be public and transparent so that people can know, discuss, monitor and request explanations from local authorities.

All administrative procedures are publicly posted at the place of receiving and returning administrative procedure results in paper copies, QR codes and introduced to people and businesses.

Strive for 100% of administrative procedure files to be guided and received and resolved at once; 100% of administrative procedure files to be resolved on time and before the deadline; 100% of feedback and recommendations from people and businesses to be answered and resolved promptly and accurately.

No cadres, civil servants, or public employees extort or accept "grease" in handling administrative procedures; improve the quality of citizen reception "Citizens come in warmly - Guide enthusiastically - People leave happily"; the citizen reception office and the administrative procedure reception department are "Friendly - Clean - Neat - Modern".

The subjects of the emulation are collectives consisting of 4 groups: specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Zones of the province; Central agencies located in the province; District People's Committees, Commune People's Committees. Regarding individuals, they are cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at the above agencies and units. The plan also sets out specific evaluation criteria for collectives and individuals.
