According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period of March 13, 2025 and the adjustment period of March 20, 2025 is: 79.334 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5RON92 gasoline (up 2.194 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 2.84%); 80.754 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (up 2.162 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 2.75%); 84.206 USD/barrel of kerosene (up 0.024 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.03%); 84.136 USD/barrel of 0.05S diesel oil (down 0.168 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.20%); 462,612 USD/ton of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil (down 2,180 USD/ton, equivalent to a decrease of 0.47%).

Oil prices rose slightly after US government data showed that US crude inventories rose by 1.7 million barrels to 437 million barrels last week, higher than the 512,000 barrel increase analysts had expected, Reuters reported.
However, distillate fuel inventories, which include diesel and heating oil, fell 2.8 million barrels to 114.8 million barrels last week, far exceeding expectations for a 300,000-barrel drop.
Oil prices fell about 1% in the previous session after Russia agreed to a proposal by U.S. President Donald Trump that Moscow and Kiev halt attacks on each other’s energy infrastructure. Analysts said the move increased the chances of peace and could pave the way for Russian oil to return to global markets.
Experts also say that even if a deal is reached, it will take time for Russia’s energy exports to increase significantly. The short-term impact may just be a diversion of flows to find better prices.
