Verifying information about a teacher hugging, groping, and harassing a female student in Ho Chi Minh City

The Department of Education and Training of Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City is verifying information accusing a teacher of inappropriate behavior, hugging and molesting a female student at a middle school in this area.

On the evening of June 8, a Facebook account named KH shared his anger about his niece being harassed by a teacher during class.

Specifically, this account said that Mr. NMH - a math teacher at a middle school - harassed and molested female students.

According to the accusation, the previous times, the teacher also threatened students not to tell their parents, otherwise he would "bully" them (make things difficult - PV) in class. In addition, the teacher also enticed students to buy whatever they wanted; even buying sensitive items such as underwear and many other things.

"I called for help from my aunt in panic when this morning another girl was harassed even worse than in the picture..." KH account posted.

Afterwards, the female student's family went to see Mr. NMH to confront him. According to his statement, Mr. H. did not admit to molesting the student, but only bent down to pick up something and accidentally touched the student's thigh.

The post immediately received a lot of public attention with hundreds of comments, thousands of likes and shares. However, after a few hours of posting, this account suddenly removed the post. However, many other news sites took pictures and posted them all over social media.

The leader of the Department of Education and Training of Nha Be district said that this unit has grasped the above information and is in the process of verification.

A source from the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City also said that it had directed the Department of Education and Training of Nha Be district, the middle school mentioned in the complaint to report on the incident.
