According to PhoneArena , although the listing has now been removed from Walmart, the initial Galaxy S24+ information suggests that the device will come in an Onyx Black color option paired with 12GB of RAM. Additionally, the leaked phone also features a new AI Live Translate feature that allows two people to speak in different languages and the person on the other end of the line will hear the translated phrase.
Evidence suggests the Galaxy S24+ will pack a lot of AI power
Based on recent reports, the AI calling feature won’t be exclusive to the Galaxy S24 series. Even non-Samsung users will benefit from the feature.
Another important part of the listing says that the Galaxy S24+ will have a 6.7-inch display, which is slightly larger than the Galaxy S23+'s 6.6-inch display. It will also have a larger battery at 4,700 mAh. However, emergency satellite connectivity is missing from the upcoming phone, which would be comparable to the satellite emergency SOS of the iPhone 14 series and later.
Speaking about the feature, Samsung's SLSI business head John Yong-in Park said in October that the emergency feature will help people who need immediate assistance while in a situation where there is no mobile connection.
Other features that will surprise fans include Generative Edit, which allows users to edit photos on the go with ease. This feature is said to require an internet connection, meaning users will need to make sure they are connected on the Galaxy S24+ to take full advantage of its latest power. Additionally, the Galaxy S24+ is said to offer even more AI features when it launches.
Finally, leaks suggest that the Plus variant of the Galaxy S24 series will feature a 50MP camera and even feature its own version of ChatGPT called Gauss.
