To achieve the set goal, the solution applied by the Commune Military Command is to adjust training time flexibly, in accordance with the actual situation. Specifically, the morning is pushed up to train early, rest early; the afternoon is trained late, rest later, at the same time, the training ground and training ground are arranged to make the most of the shade.

To make a living, many militia soldiers of Van Hoa commune often work far away, so about half a month before the training day, the Commune Military Command contacted and informed them to arrange their time and work to participate according to regulations. As in the case of Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh, although he was very busy with his mechanical business and construction of many projects, he still participated in the training fully.

While ensuring business operations and completing training tasks, every morning and early afternoon, Mr. Vinh goes to the construction site to deploy and assign work to the workers who stay behind to do the construction. At the end of the day, after completing the militia training, he returns to check the construction quality of the homeowner's project.

Mr. Do Van Tam, the village leader of Cau Xum village, who is a chef at a restaurant in the province, also arranged his time to participate in the training. Having to take time off to train the militia affected his income, but he was still happy: This is a responsibility to the homeland and the Fatherland. If everyone makes excuses not to participate in the training, it will affect the quality of the local army, and on the other hand, it will not encourage the participation of other citizens. Therefore, no matter how busy I am, I will put it aside and give the highest priority to the training work.

Commander of the Van Hoa Commune Military Command Nguyen Manh Cuong admitted that the biggest difficulty in training is maintaining enough troops. The unit has assigned the task to the village team leaders to regularly monitor the situation and keep in touch with soldiers who work far away or are not present in the locality for some reason. Timely notify the training time so that everyone can proactively arrange their time to fully participate. In addition, carefully prepare the lesson plan, models, teaching aids, training grounds, and training grounds. After each training session, organize a test to check the lesson's understanding and promptly correct any incorrect movements.

The new feature in training the militia of Van Hoa commune is the content of political study. Since the preparation of the lecture, some contents have been integrated in accordance with the actual situation of the locality, such as the work of preventing and fighting natural disasters, storms, floods, forest fires; preventing and fighting epidemics; handling petitions and letters...

From careful preparation, training combined with regular and serious inspections, at the end of training in 2022 and 2023, the number of soldiers participating in training in Van Hoa commune reached over 97%; 100% met the requirements or higher, of which 80% were good and excellent; ensuring safety for people and weapons and equipment. The overall assessment of the commune's militia training in 2022 was excellent (in 2023, the City Military Command has not yet evaluated). In particular, the soldiers participated in training with a high sense of responsibility; training combined with mass mobilization, thereby creating people's trust in the armed forces, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of local military and defense tasks.
