Accordingly, Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 will be the first place in the entire Vinhomes urban chain to be deployed, open International standard nursing home model right in the heart of urban areas in Vietnam.
Signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Vingroup Corporation and Well Group Corporation (Japan) to develop a model of high-end elderly healthcare center in Vietnam.
According to the cooperation agreement, Well Group and Vingroup Corporation, including Vinmec Healthcare System and VinMedtech Company, will jointly deploy a healthcare model for the elderly according to strict and high-end Japanese standards in Vinhomes urban areas of Vingroup Corporation.
In particular, Well Group will invest in equipment and human resources by bringing experts and care teams from Japan to Vietnam, directly operating and managing healthcare facilities for the elderly to ensure high-quality service according to Japanese standards.
On Vingroup’s side, VinMedtech will invest in infrastructure to meet specialized technical standards for elderly healthcare. Vinmec Healthcare System will contribute expertise in disease management, care and treatment of the elderly.
The international-class elderly health care model is implemented by three parties in two forms: Elderly care during the day and Long-term care for the elderly (nursing home).
In particular, the model of Healthcare for the Elderly in the Day is expected to be first deployed at Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 urban area. Elderly people living with their children and grandchildren will be provided with professional healthcare services including: medical services (basic care: first aid, blood pressure monitoring, weight, nutrition management, hygiene, traditional medicine, rehabilitation, physical improvement...), Accommodation services (room and meals during the day) and entertainment services (club activities).
The Long-term Elderly Care model will be implemented with similar services to the model at Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 but with additional long-term care services such as personal care; accommodation services. (meals, HK, laundry, security, reception, transportation support…); entertainment services…
After Vinhomes Ocean Park 2, the parties will evaluate and plan to expand the scale and replicate the model across the chain to add the High-class Nursing Home to the list of "classy privileges only available at Vinhomes".
Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 also owns a hospital modeled after a high-end resort, expected to come into operation in 2025.
