Nha Trang Bay in Khanh Hoa is so beautiful, with many big and small islands, why do people keep calling it islands?

If you want to have a "close-up" view of Nha Trang Bay, imagine reaching out to touch the beautiful islands, the "rockery" on the sea, then a trip to Bich Dam village, the boat will pass Hon Mieu (Tri Nguyen island), Hon Tam, Vung Ngan, Hon Mot, through Hon Mun, around Dam Bay... on average it takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes by market boat.

In August, the sea is calm and the ship sails very smoothly. Going out to sea, looking towards Nha Trang, the city is covered in a light mist, the shape of the mountains, the tall buildings are faintly visible, the white clouds are fluffy like cotton, beautiful in a ghostly way.

Looking on the right is Hon Mieu, the closest island to Nha Trang and the most populous, Tri Nguyen fish lake area...

On the left is Hon Tre, the largest island in Nha Trang Bay. Far ahead, the shape of Hon Rom appears as a sign to let you know where your destination will be.

The sun danced on the sparkling water. From Hon Tam, shaped like a silkworm lying on the sea, to Hon Mun, looking up was a mountain of black rock. People named the islands in the open sea according to their shapes and characteristics.

Turning to the left, still in the Hon Tre system, there is a series of large and small rocky mountains of various shapes emerging like "rockery" on the water surface.

The boatman told us that there were many monkeys on these small rocky mountains, and we could stop to visit if we wanted.

Hon Rom appears before our eyes, closer and with various shapes depending on the direction the boat is going. The bird nest caves are deep and the distinguishing signs are the prominent green watchtowers. No matter which direction you look, Hon Rom is still beautiful and attractive.

In fact, Bich Dam village is not a separate island but lies at the foot of Hon Lon mountain, southeast of Hon Tre island range, just like Vung Ngan, Vung Me, Bai Tru, Dam Bay… in Nha Trang bay (Khanh Hoa province).

Bich Dam village is gradually becoming clearer with village roads, spacious houses, and a sea belt with solid concrete embankments. The village seems newer and more beautiful. Looking at the whole picture, from Hon Rom to Bich Dam, it is as beautiful as a picture...

That day, we did not go to Bich Dam village but went to Raybeach - one of the tourist service units here. Bich Dam tourist area is located overlooking Gieng Mon mountain. The boat made a spectacular turn into the emerald green water. The sea, mountains, and forests were charmingly beautiful.

We were in no hurry as we sat watching the emerald green sea from a coffee shop. The sea was calm, the waves only lightly touching the shore, the breeze was cool, truly relaxing.

We walked underwater, wandering out to the cliffs. Looking up, the black rocks, looking down at the turquoise water. The hand of nature is truly too talented to give this place such a special beautiful landscape!

On the other side is Bich Dam village, but from this side, there are only a few sparse houses... Resting in a bungalow, some lie down with their eyes half-closed, enjoying the smell of the sea, listening to the sound of the waves, the sound of the sea breeze in their ears, dozing off to sleep, others miss the sea and sit and watch it forever without getting tired of it.

Lunch with Vietnamese dishes but cooked and presented in Korean style, delicious and unique. It is known that this is a lunch stop for tourists, mostly Koreans on a schedule to visit the islands in Nha Trang Bay.

Looking at the tourists laughing and talking happily, the young people walking and dancing to the music, I saw that they were full of life, creating positive energy for everyone around. I think, they must have a friendly feeling like at home. A very interesting way of doing tourism to please customers.

In the afternoon, the same morning scene but the sea is beautiful in a different way because the afternoon sunlight shines, creating many more romantic and beautiful views.

Rom Box, Yen Cave, Mun Island... gradually faded away. I kept looking back at the sea in Nha Trang Bay that I had just passed, so beautiful, so peaceful. I felt a little regretful to make an appointment to come back next time, to take a closer look at the rare beauty of Nha Trang Bay.
