Located in the southeast of Phu Quoc Island, Nam Du archipelago belongs to An Son and Nam Du communes, Kien Hai district, Kien Giang province, about 60km from the mainland. Nam Du has an area of about 1,054 hectares, including 21 large and small islands, of which 11 islands are inhabited.
Nam Du possesses a pristine, lyrical beauty like a rough gem hidden in the blue sea. Coming here, the first thing that people think of is immersing themselves in the sea water, because they cannot resist the attraction of the blue sea water blending with the endless clear sky.
Hon Lon is the largest island in the Nam Du archipelago, with an area of 771 hectares with many beautiful beaches such as: Dat Do beach, Cay Men beach, Ngu beach, Gieng beach... along with rows of green coconut trees, some of which are up to 70 - 80 years old. Arriving at Hon Lon, visitors can rent a motorbike to ride around the unique road along the island. On one side of the road are steep cliffs, on the other side is the emerald green sea, in the distance looming small islands and boats offshore, creating a picturesque landscape.
Nam Du Lighthouse - the tallest lighthouse in Vietnam thanks to its location on the top of Hon Lon hill, more than 300 meters above sea level. Nam Du Lighthouse is not too majestic, but it is the most beautiful place to see the island, helping visitors easily capture the view of the entire island.
From Hon Lon, it takes about 30 minutes by boat to Hon Ngang - the most prosperous and populous island in the Nam Du archipelago with 900 households, most of whom live by fishing and raising grouper and cobia in cages.

Hon Ngang has a large seaport, gathering many fishing boats anchored. Therefore, visitors should not miss the opportunity to rent a boat to go to sea to visit fish cages, walk around the coastal fishing village to learn about the life of fishermen, enjoy seafood such as: squid porridge, grilled mussels with scallion oil, stir-fried eggplant with onions, grilled frog fish with banana leaves and many other delicious oases.
More than 2km southeast of Hon Ngang is Hon Mau with an area of 200ha and more than 120 households living. This is an island with great potential for developing resort tourism with beautiful beaches named after the windy season such as Chuong beach with long stretches of white sand and clear blue sea water; Bac beach (also known as Black Rock beach) is attractive with many beautiful, colorful and diversely patterned rocks; Nam beach has calm waves and calm winds all year round, a place for trade exchange and boat anchoring; Nom beach is charming with rows of shady green coconut trees...
