VinBigdata launches AI solution set for finance, banking, insurance

On September 12, VinBigdata Joint Stock Company ( Vingroup Corporation ) launched a comprehensive AI solution set dedicated to the finance, banking, and insurance industry (BFSI) called ViFi. The solution set integrates AI technology developed by Vietnamese people and is fully mastered for in-depth and comprehensive applications.

Different from existing solutions, the ViFi solution set is customized to effectively solve business problems in the BFSI sector, typically automating operational processes, integrating internal systems, improving customer care services, and intelligent data management. Accordingly, the ViFi solution set includes financial virtual assistant, banking virtual assistant, insurance virtual assistant, and internal virtual assistant. These virtual assistants can support a variety of tasks, flexibly according to the needs of each business, from sales consulting, marketing, troubleshooting and customer care, to recruitment or answering questions about regulations and rules for employees in the organization... The ViFi solution set is developed from core technologies fully owned by VinBigdata such as AI generation, natural language processing, computer vision... based on a multi-field database system of up to 3,500 terabytes with tens of thousands of hours of high-quality voice and millions of processed and cleaned image data. Thanks to that, ViFi can support through both text and voice channels, integrating intelligent image processing tools, making the interaction between virtual assistants and users convenient and easy. ViFi strictly complies with international standards on data quality and security such as NIST, iBeta, GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001... Specifically, the voice biometric technology applied in the ViFi solution suite meets the evaluation criteria of NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology of the United States) according to ISO/IEC 19795-1 and 19795-2 standards. Meanwhile, the anti-fake face technology is certified by iBeta (a member of the FIDO Alliance) according to ISO/IEC 30107-3 standards.
