Accordingly, passengers are fully insured for the entire flight journey with benefits ranging from reimbursement for medical expenses arising from accidents, illnesses (including Covid-19) to flight-related obstacles (flight delays, delayed baggage, loss or damage, loss of travel documents) and 24/7 global medical and travel support services.
Just by successfully purchasing a ticket and taking any international flight, passengers will receive insurance, applicable to all Eco, Deluxe, SkyBoss, Business ticket classes. Insurance certificate information is updated on the website within 24 hours from the time of completing the flight. Passengers can also contact the airline's call center for support in checking information and direct instructions.

Along with a series of new international routes that Vietjet has just launched this summer such as Kochi (India), Jakarta (Indonesia), "this act of giving away the Sky Care insurance package aims to enhance the wonderful experience on international flights across five continents", said the airline representative.
