Viet Yen: 100 auctioned land lots with prices 2 times higher than the starting price

The auction attracted more than 200 people with 727 applications. The result of 100 successfully auctioned land lots had a total starting price of 155.3 billion VND, the winning price was more than 338.3 billion VND, a difference of more than 183 billion VND (equivalent to more than 2 times) compared to the starting price.

The lot with the highest winning price was over 6.1 billion VND, a difference of over 3.88 billion VND compared to the starting price in the residential area of ​​Bich Dong ward center. The lot with the lowest winning price was 1.33 billion VND, a difference of 102 million VND compared to the starting price in the residential area of ​​Kep village, Viet Tien commune.

Previously, Viet Yen town successfully auctioned 116 residential land lots in Trung Son commune, the winning price also increased compared to the starting price.
