Putin - the person who is on the “storm of the times” today.

Journalist Ho Quang Loi said that this is the first time he has published a work in the portrait genre, after 9 previously printed books (not including joint printed books) including commentaries and reviews.

According to the author, this book is dedicated to the people who have left a very deep mark in his nearly 45 years of writing, including many high-ranking leaders of Vietnam and countries around the world. With their roles, missions, special circumstances and great contributions, they have strongly influenced the flow of Vietnamese history throughout the past century.

He believes that we are what we are today because this country has such people and such international friends.

“The characters in the book are also people whose arduous, challenging and dedicated paths are beautiful flames that multiply the belief in true values in life,” journalist Ho Quang Loi shared.

The book launch ceremony took place at 8:30 a.m. on June 12, organized by Hanoi Publishing House in coordination with Hanoi Library to celebrate the 99th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2024).

Journalist Ho Quang Loi was born in Quynh Doi commune, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province. He used to hold the positions of member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Hanoi Party Committee, and Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association. He is currently Vice President of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association.
