
The Korean delegation ranked second with 7 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 1 bronze medal; the Japanese delegation ranked third with 1 gold medal, 4 silver medals and 2 bronze medals; the Thai delegation ranked fourth with 1 gold medal, 3 silver medals and 4 bronze medals.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Do Dinh Hong said that the tournament was organized with the aim of creating conditions for professional athletes to compete, improve their skills, practice their skills and experience, and through the tournament promote the development of the continental aerobic movement in general and the Vietnamese aerobic movement in particular.
The tournament is considered a good opportunity for Hanoi to introduce its unique culture, beautiful natural landscapes and friendly, hospitable people to friends from 14 countries and territories competing in the tournament.

Evaluating the professional work of the tournament, Ms. Phan Thuy Linh - Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Gymnastics Federation said that among the 14 countries and territories participating in the tournament, Korea and Japan are the two teams with outstanding skills, especially in the junior and GR age groups.
At the tournament, Aerobic Vietnam also showed remarkable progress and demonstrated careful preparation. From the top 5 in Asia, Vietnam rose to be in the top. Notably, the performances of Vietnamese athletes, even in weak events, all had scores equivalent to athletes from other countries.
After this tournament, the Vietnam Aerobic team will continue to prepare to participate in the world tournament, held in Italy next September.
Appreciating the efforts of the organizing committee of the host country Vietnam, President of the World and Asian Aerobic Technical Committee Yagi Kitagawa Tammy emphasized that through organizing the tournament, Vietnam has made a positive contribution to the development of this artistic sport in the Asian region.
Taking place from June 8 to 10 in Hanoi, the 2024 Asian Aerobic Gymnastics Championship has the largest number of participants ever with 316 athletes from 14 countries and territories, competing in 18 events and 68 sets of medals.
