Office of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee works with Office of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee

In recent times, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Steering Committee, and Digital Transformation Executive Board of Ninh Thuan province have focused on leading and directing agencies, departments, branches, and organizations to develop programs, plans, and solutions to promote the construction of e-government towards digital government and digital transformation of the province. Up to now, the platform system for connecting, sharing, and integrating LGSP data at the provincial level has been completed and connected and interconnected the province's shared systems with ministries, branches, and the Government Office... Currently, 15/24 data services on the national data integration and sharing platform have been connected. The TD.Office work file system has been deployed, interconnecting documents at 4 levels from central, provincial, district to commune level. Throughout the province, the exchange, sending and receiving of documents on the network environment has reached 100%; Processing and digitally signing documents on the network environment reached 99.39% at the provincial level, 96.52% at the district level and 97.1% at the commune level; 100% of cadres, party members and civil servants proficiently used and effectively exploited software and applications of the information technology application project.

Leaders of the Department of Information and Communications of the province exchanged experiences in implementing document management and operations in processing electronic work records with the working delegation of the Office of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed the results achieved, difficulties and problems, and shared lessons learned in implementing document management and operations in processing electronic work records.
