The Law on People's Armed Forces stipulates the principles and activities of people's armed forces; building and mobilizing people's armed forces; managing unmanned aircraft, flying vehicles and ensuring air defense safety; resources, regimes, policies, rights, obligations and responsibilities of agencies, organizations, enterprises and individuals towards people's armed forces. After receiving, revising and perfecting according to the opinions of National Assembly deputies, the draft Law on People's Armed Forces has 8 chapters with 54 articles. Compared to the draft Law on People's Armed Forces submitted to the National Assembly at the 7th session, this draft Law on People's Armed Forces has 3 additional articles, 1 article has been split into 3 articles, 4 articles have been merged into 2 articles, 3 articles have been removed; the content and legislative techniques of many articles have been revised, and a number of articles in the chapters have been rearranged and restructured.

At the conference, delegates highly agreed with the content of the draft Law on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and also contributed some additional comments on issues such as: Supplementing regulations on subjects and scope of state management of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, needing to clarify the legal basis and practice of transferring all contents of regulations on management of unmanned aircraft and ultralight aircraft; needing to review and explain the subjects at Point a, Clause 3 and Clause 2, Article 11...
