Provincial Party Committee Office: Training on preparation and organization of Party congresses at all levels

On November 30 and December 1, the Provincial Party Committee Office organized a training conference on the preparation and organization of Party congresses at all levels for 259 comrades who are cadres and civil servants of the advisory agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, district Party Committees, town Party Committees, city Party Committees and Party Committees directly under the province, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations directly under the province; cadres and civil servants in charge of Party work in 171 communes, wards and towns in the province.

During the training, delegates listened to the reporter from the Central Party Office Archives Department convey the topics on: Document and archive work serving party congresses at all levels;   Authority to issue and format documents of Party Congresses at all levels; prepare and submit records of Party Congresses at all levels;   Implementing guidelines on audiovisual document management at Party agencies, organizations, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; basic contents in consulting work and building and editing documents for Party congresses at all levels; management and use of finance to serve Party congresses at all levels.

The Deputy Director of the Central Party Office's Archives Department delivered a presentation on documents and archives serving party congresses at all levels.

The training conference aims to equip and foster basic knowledge, methods and professional skills in the work of advising on the drafting of congress documents; clerical and archival work for congresses; and financial management and use for party congresses at all levels. Through this, it creates conditions for cadres and civil servants who are doing general advisory work, clerical and archival work, and party financial work to learn from experience, promote positive aspects and overcome shortcomings and limitations in the process of performing tasks. At the same time, it improves the quality of advisory work, serving the Party Committee in leadership and direction in a comprehensive, complete, accurate and timely manner.
