However, when exercising, the elderly need support and advice from doctors and specialists so that the exercise sessions and movements are suitable for their health condition. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the exercise time, monitor the index of heart rate, blood vessels, blood sugar (including hypoglycemia).

"Youth Train" is a sightseeing and health care program for the elderly, with the support of medical staff from Phuong Dong Hospital (Hanoi). Participating in the program, members are instructed on general health care, chronic disease control, physical exercises appropriate to their age and health status, and are also consulted on personal health issues. This is a regular program, held at the resort and nursing home complex of Phuong Dong Asahi (Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi).

According to the organizers, the unique point of this model is the high health safety for the elderly, because this is the age group that often has chronic diseases, underlying diseases (blood pressure, cardiovascular, bone and joint, respiratory). Along with the design of age-appropriate movement content, this 2-in-1 model is evaluated to help improve the quality of life, especially the spiritual life of the elderly.
