Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Nam province deploys 6 key tasks in 2025

Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will deploy 6 key tasks in 2025.

Specifically: Innovate propaganda, mobilization, gathering, and uniting people of all walks of life; strengthen social consensus, promote the strength of great national unity for the goal of sustainable local development. Promote the role, improve the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism, practice democracy, participate in building a clean and strong Party and government.

Mobilize all classes of people to promote their role as the main subject, actively compete in labor, be creative and effectively carry out campaigns and emulation movements to contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality. Strengthen and improve the effectiveness of people's foreign affairs activities; focus on mobilizing overseas Vietnamese, promoting the role of the Quang Nam community in the country.

Continue to innovate the organization, content, and methods of operation, and improve the capacity of the Front's staff at all levels to meet the requirements and tasks in the new period. Mobilize people to promote their mastery, focus on building "united, prosperous, and happy" residential areas.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Tri Thanh said that up to now, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and all levels have basically completed all aspects of work for 2024.

In 2025, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Tri Thanh requested members of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Fronts at all levels to closely follow the 6 key tasks for appropriate implementation. The plans must be linked to the action program, specified for each year and each quarter, with assignment, assignment, monitoring; timely review and summary to improve work efficiency.

The Front from the provincial to district, commune, village/residential group levels implemented the tasks for 2025 with the highest spirit, especially organizing thematic activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Quang Nam province (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025).

At the conference, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee launched an online contest to learn about the Law on Democracy Implementation at the Grassroots Level. Participants are cadres, civil servants, workers in the political system at all levels and people from all walks of life inside and outside Quang Nam province.

The contest will be held from March 18 to March 28, 2025, in the form of an online multiple-choice test.

The conference also summarized and awarded prizes for the Contest to learn about the Resolution of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the 11th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Nam province, term 2024 - 2029.

For individual awards, the Organizing Committee awarded 4 first prizes, 8 second prizes, 12 third prizes and 20 consolation prizes with a total value of 42 million VND.

For the collective award, the Provincial Labor Federation won the highest prize among socio-political organizations; the Provincial Youth Union won the highest prize among member organizations of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dai Loc district won the highest prize among district-level Fronts; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dai Quang commune (Dai Loc) won the highest prize among commune-level Fronts. The organizing committee awarded 5 million VND/unit with a total amount of 20 million VND.
