Nghe An Provincial Fatherland Front Committee congratulates Vu Lan festival

On the occasion of Vu Lan Festival of Buddhist calendar 2568, solar calendar 2024, on the afternoon of August 16, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province and member organizations came to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Nghe An province.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh informed the Executive Committee of the Provincial Buddhist Sangha about the activities of the Fatherland Front and its member organizations in the first 6 months of 2024. In particular, the success of the 15th Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Congress, term 2024-2029, held at the end of July. The Congress also set out directions and tasks for the coming term. In particular, it is necessary to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity between religions and non-religious people, closely accompanying the nation, "living a good life, living a good religion", actively participating in patriotic emulation movements, charity, social security, etc.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh informed the Provincial Buddhist Sangha Executive Committee about the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations in the first 6 months of 2024.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front hopes that the Executive Committee, Venerables, Venerables, Most Venerables, monks, nuns, and Buddhists will continue to promote the fine traditions of Vietnamese Buddhism, always accompany the nation, implement the motto "Dharma, nation, socialism", build the great national unity bloc, mobilize monks, nuns, and Buddhists to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, live a good life and practice religion, contributing to building Nghe An homeland to develop more and more.
