Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province has a new Vice Chairman

On the afternoon of March 14, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province held the 3rd conference (term XV), consulted, elected additional members of the Committee; elected Vice Chairman and bid farewell to members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province, term 2019 - 2024. Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, attended and directed the conference.

After the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on introducing candidates for the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term, with a high sense of responsibility, democracy, and solidarity, the conference conducted a 100% consensus consultation to elect Mr. Ngo Bien Cuong, former Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 15th term, 2024-2029 term.

Also at the conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province consulted, consolidated and added members to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the XV term, 2024-2029, including Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Giang province; Tran Duc Hoan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Journalists Association; Ngo Thi Sinh, Chairman of the Association for the Protection of Children's Rights; Ma Thi Thin Nga, Chairman of the Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin of Bac Giang province. Saying goodbye to 7 Mr. and Mrs. Than Trung Kien, Former Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; Le Duc Hien, Colonel, Former Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Duong Thi Loi, Former Chairman of the Provincial Association for the Protection of Children's Rights; Than Van Nhau, Former Chairman of the Provincial Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin; Nguyen Huy Ngoc, Former Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Yen district; Le Xuan Thang, Former Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Luc Ngan district; Giap Thi Hai, Former Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Luc Nam district.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Bien Cuong thanked the leaders of the provincial departments and branches for their trust and consultation in electing him to the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province; at the same time, he affirmed that he will constantly cultivate and practice political qualities, ethics, and lifestyle; stick with the grassroots, unite with the collective leadership and staff of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
