Central Inspection Commission deploys tasks for the last 6 months of 2024

In the first 6 months of the year, the Politburo , the Secretariat and Party committees at all levels regularly paid attention to leading, directing and effectively implementing the Party's inspection tasks according to regulations. Accordingly, the inspection content focused on leading, directing and organizing the implementation of resolutions, directives, regulations, conclusions of the Party, and laws of the State; preventing and combating corruption, negativity, and waste; the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations; organizational and personnel work; maintaining moral qualities and lifestyle; areas prone to corruption and negativity, prominent and pressing issues in society, of public concern, especially signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation"; violations in specialized fields, closed activities... As a result, in 6 months, Party committees at all levels conducted inspections according to Article 30 of the Party Charter for 18,476 Party organizations (TCĐ) and 107,165 Party members (ĐV); inspected 131 TCĐ and 922 ĐV when there were signs of violations; through inspection, it was concluded that 720 TCĐ and 2,571 ĐV had violations and shortcomings; considered disciplining 45 TCĐ and 651 ĐV. Inspection committees at all levels conducted inspections when there were signs of violations of 804 TCĐ and 2,850 ĐV; concluded that 613 TCĐ and 2,390 ĐV had violations and shortcomings; considered disciplining 95 TCĐ and 1,137 ĐV. Party committees and inspection committees at all levels also conducted thematic supervision of 20,504 trade unions and 55,795 Party members; through supervision, it was concluded that 988 trade unions and 1,329 Party members had violations and shortcomings; requiring Party committees and trade unions to seriously review, learn from experience, and consider and handle responsibilities according to regulations.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and delegates attended the conference at the Ninh Thuan province bridge.

The conference discussed and clarified the results achieved in implementing the Party's economic and political tasks as well as pointed out shortcomings, limitations and difficulties. Thereby, it recommended and proposed solutions and measures to implement the tasks to achieve better results.

In his concluding remarks and directing the implementation of key tasks for the last 6 months of the year, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu requested Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels to focus on overcoming limitations and difficulties, strengthening leadership and direction, and comprehensively and effectively implementing tasks as prescribed. Continue to seriously, promptly and effectively implement the direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the tasks of inspection and supervision and the prevention and fight against corruption and negativity; the conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Steering Committee on the prevention and fight against corruption and negativity for complicated and prolonged cases and incidents under the monitoring and direction of the Central and provincial Steering Committees. Strengthen inspection and supervision in many areas, focusing on inspection according to the provisions of the Party Charter, the declaration of assets, income and tasks assigned by Party committees, and inspection when there are signs of violations; timely detect, inspect and resolutely handle Party organizations and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation", violated what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, violated the principles and regulations of the Party, the laws of the State, corruption, negativity, group interests and prominent and pressing cases and incidents in society. Coordinate and advise on the good implementation of tasks assigned by the 14th National Party Congress and the work of evaluating Party Congress personnel at all levels; thoroughly resolve petitions, complaints and denunciations, especially petitions related to Congress personnel work. Continue to do a good job in building the sector; rotate, train and create sources of cadres, prepare personnel for the Inspection Committee for the next term...
