Tuan Ngoc graduated from the English Language Department of the National Economics University. He chose this major because English is a necessary skill for all fields. “This major helps me accumulate rich background knowledge and be flexible in many jobs, without being constrained,” he shared.
The Hai Phong boy has been a freelance model for 5 years. He likes the flexibility of the job, being able to freely arrange his time and indulge his passion for creativity and art.

Tuan Ngoc shared with VietNamNet that winning the Most Favorite Contestant award at The Face Vietnam 2023 is what he cherishes the most. For him, it is not only an award but also recognition from the audience. He said: “This title helps me realize my weaknesses, find ways to solve them and improve every day.”
During his student years, Pham Tuan Ngoc achieved many impressive achievements such as: King of National Economics University 2019, Champion of Vietnamese Student Face 2019, Outstanding Student of National Economics University honored by the school's Principal in 2019. He was active in extracurricular activities, was Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Economics for the 2019-2020 term, and received the award for Outstanding Youth Union Member of National Economics University for the 2018-2019 school year.
Tuan Ngoc shared that the achievements are very meaningful, but more important is the process of listening, learning and self-change. Coming to Mr World Vietnam 2024, he clearly understands the value he can bring to society. “Education is not only studying in a prestigious environment but also self-cultivation, developing knowledge, communication skills and attitude. The 25-year-old man went through a difficult period mentally when he was criticized and compared in the early stages of The Face Vietnam. He realized that he needed to be steadfast in his inner strength. Through learning and careful preparation, he found himself again and broke through. This is a lesson he will never forget.
Tuan Ngoc revealed that his first attraction to others is appearance because that is the first impression. He also cares a lot about the other person's personality such as: gentleness, loveliness and personality in the way of talking and behaving. For him, connection and care through meetings and sharing are the most important things.

For Tuan Ngoc, the most important quality of a Mr World Vietnam is compassion. “I always believe that beauty must go hand in hand with purpose. No matter how talented or beautiful you are, if you do not bring value and positive influence to the community, you cannot represent a country,” the 9x shared.
At the contest, he shared about his volunteer trip to the An Lao District Social Protection and Care Center, Hai Phong. Tuan Ngoc and his friends talked, encouraged and gave gifts to the elderly.

Tuan Ngoc is concerned about climate change. On May 2, when he arrived in Ho Chi Minh City for the preliminary round, he had a headache all day and had to take medicine after being exposed to the sun for a bit. He worries about people who work outdoors every day and hopes that everyone will realize that climate change is all around them, not far away. Small positive actions will contribute to creating big changes.
Tuan Ngoc does gym, cardio and martial arts 6 mornings a week. He balances his nutrition with enough protein, carbs and fat from fish oil, omega, limits fat and takes extra vitamins. To gain 2kg, he actively consumes carbs and adds snacks to maintain a moderate calorie surplus.

The Hai Phong-born model has difficulty balancing emotions and reason, so he is always cautious before making any decisions. In the next 5 years, he wants to try his hand at acting and become an action movie actor. Further, he hopes to contribute to conveying Vietnamese culture and history into art, movies or music, to preserve and promote the country's culture.
