On the afternoon of September 12, the Front Working Committee of An Duc 1 Ward (Cua Tung Town, Vinh Linh District, Quang Tri) confirmed that this unit had received a donation of 200,000 VND from Mr. Nguyen Van Tien, a disabled person who sells lottery tickets in the area, to support the northern provinces.

Mr. Tien - 31 years old, living in An Duc 1 neighborhood, Cua Tung town - is disabled, makes a living by walking around the area selling lottery tickets, his family is poor.

Accordingly, that same morning, Mr. Tien went to the neighborhood's donation point, took out a 200,000 VND bill and put it in the donation box. The people present smiled brightly at his noble gesture.

This action was recorded and posted on social networks, receiving much praise from the online community.

Touched by Mr. Tien's actions, Ms. Nguyen Trinh - the owner of a 50CC electric vehicle and motorbike shop in Dong Ha City - contacted him and gave him a new bicycle.
