In response to audience demand, the organizers held concert 3 in Hanoi on December 7. Later, the producer announced that they would hold concert 4 on December 9, also at My Dinh Stadium.
Previously, there was much controversy on social media about the concert event of Say Hi Brother held at My Dinh National Stadium that would affect the match between Vietnam and Indonesia on December 15 within the framework of the AFF Cup.
According to regulations, My Dinh Stadium is not allowed to organize events at least 21 days before the tournament takes place to ensure the quality of the grass and other related issues.
On November 8, VFF (Vietnam Football Federation) asked for AFF (Southeast Asian Football Federation)'s opinion on changing My Dinh Stadium to Viet Tri Stadium (Phu Tho), first of all for the two home matches in the group stage of AFF Cup 2024 against Indonesia (December 15) and Myanmar (December 21).
On November 13, AFF responded to VFF, agreeing to let the Vietnam team change the venue for home matches in the group stage of the AFF Cup 2024.
