Provincial People's Committee listens to report on handling difficulties in investing in technical infrastructure of Thanh Hai Industrial Park

According to the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, the Thanh Hai Industrial Park expansion area currently has about 22 hectares, with 4 registered investment projects. Up to now, these projects have completed construction documents and are assembling equipment and machinery. Through review, the work of converting the purpose of rice land in the project area to upgrade the Wastewater Treatment Plant, leveling the ground and internal traffic roads in the Industrial Park has basically been completed; however, there are about 3,000m2 of land in Area F that has not been completely cleared, causing difficulties in the construction of secondary projects.

Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to focus on coordinating with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Construction and a number of related sectors to continue researching and advising the Provincial People's Committee to complete legal procedures and allocate land to secondary projects that have registered for investment to ensure compliance after the 2024 Land Law comes into effect. Regarding the situation of site clearance, proactively review and grasp the remaining areas, promptly remove them, and ensure that projects are eligible to proceed with construction as planned.
