Based on the two previous visits and working sessions in Ninh Thuan province by the Jeju Province Sea Sports Association Delegation, at this working session, the Delegation proposed to study the investment in building an International Kiteboarding Center in Ninh Thuan; proposed to sign a cooperation agreement between the Jeju Province Sea Sports Association and relevant units of the province to organize international kiteboarding competitions and support the construction of outdoor libraries and educational equipment for schools in the province. In addition, the Delegation also proposed to support dental examination and treatment for people in difficult circumstances; support ambulances and propose to coordinate the sending of workers from Ninh Thuan province to Jeju province for seasonal work.
Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with the delegation of Jeju Provincial Marine Sports Association.
Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the delegation for taking the time to visit and work in the province; at the same time, he introduced an overview of similar natural conditions, socio-economic information, general planning and development orientation of Ninh Thuan province. Regarding the contents proposed by the delegation, the province welcomed and agreed, specifically: Regarding the proposal to build an international kite surfing center in Ninh Thuan and sign a cooperation agreement between the Jeju Provincial Sea Sports Association and relevant units of the province to organize international kite surfing competitions, the Provincial People's Committee will continue to direct the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will coordinate with relevant agencies and units to support the delegation in researching and preparing investment project proposal documents according to the Investment Law and the Land Law; promptly agree on the content, implement procedures and processes for signing with the Jeju Provincial Sea Sports Association as requested by the Association.

Regarding the proposal to establish the Jeju Rotary Club in Ninh Thuan, he assigned the Provincial Tourism Association to guide and support the Jeju Rotary Club in terms of procedures, location, etc. so that it can soon come into operation. Regarding the support proposals, the Provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Planning and Investment, the Provincial Police, the Department of Health, and the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to carry out the procedures for receiving and sending workers from Ninh Thuan province to Jeju province for seasonal work in accordance with current Vietnamese law.
