On December 27, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to a report on preparations for the implementation of the program "Ninh Thuan welcomes the new year 2024".

According to the report of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the program "Ninh Thuan welcomes the new year 2024" takes place from December 25, 2025 to January 3, 2024. The Department has printed and hung 100 propaganda flags and banners on the streets of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City. Regarding the art program, the Provincial Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe has proactively developed a 90-minute comprehensive art program with the theme "Ninh Thuan welcomes the New Year 2024"; coordinated with the event organizer STARS Company Limited to develop a detailed script for the program "Ninh Thuan welcomes the New Year 2024" with 14 performances and the Grand Music Festival Program - BBM Party; designed the overall event stage suitable to the conditions and characteristics of the local situation. Completed the tourism video clip and the video clip on the socio-economic development situation of Ninh Thuan province in 2023 to be shown at the event; developed a plan to broadcast the program "Ninh Thuan New Year Porridge 2024" live to ensure safety and efficiency; coordinated with relevant functional agencies to organize traffic diversion; ensured security and order, fire prevention and fighting at the event area...

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with units to carefully prepare the content, programs, stages, sound, lighting, and singers during the event; coordinate with event consultants to ensure the content and duration are harmonious and cohesive in the program. The Provincial Radio and Television Station fully prepares video clips on tourism and video clips on the socio-economic development of Ninh Thuan province in 2023. Departments and branches coordinate with units to strengthen the work of ensuring security and order, traffic flow, power source, etc. to serve the event "Ninh Thuan welcomes the new year 2024".
