Accordingly, the Ninh Thuan Food Festival - Welcoming the New Year 2024 will start from December 26, 2023 to December 31, 2023, at the April 16 Square, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City with the participation of more than 100 booths (food booths and OCOP product display booths). With the theme "Ninh Thuan Cuisine Flavors - Welcoming the New Year 2024", the festival not only brings people and visitors a space for entertainment and experience in the transitional moment between the old year and the new year; but also honors, preserves and promotes the traditional cultural and culinary values of the province, aiming to elevate and renew the province's tourism products. In addition, within the framework of the event, many other activities will take place such as: Sheep parade; Talented star chef competition on Ninh Thuan sheep and oysters; Lion and dragon dance, street art performances; Game activities, culinary exchanges from many different regions and cultures...

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to proactively coordinate with relevant agencies and units to continue implementing tasks according to the set plan. In particular, focusing on inspecting and supervising the decoration and display of booths; strengthening information, propaganda and promotion of events on media platforms; ensuring facilities and related conditions to serve the organization of events.
