1 in 30 ratio to win direct admission to Vietnam's largest technology corporation

On the afternoon of November 22, the Talented Internship Program (Viettel Digital Talent) season 4 just ended with more than 101 excellent students officially recruited to work at Viettel, this is the largest number of recruitments in 4 years of organization.

With 3,000 applications, 1.5 times more than in 2023, the organizers selected 179 candidates studying in 10 countries around the world to train and intern at key projects of the Group.

During the 6 months of implementation, students were trained by more than 140 experts from the US, Australia, Germany, Singapore, Taiwan... and major technology companies such as Viettel, Google, Shopee, Qualcomm...

Mr. Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and General Director of Viettel Group shared: “Viettel Digital Talent is not only Viettel’s journey, but also big dreams. Viettel’s dream is to accompany and inspire the young generation to dare to dream, dare to do and conquer the heights of technology.

The school’s dream is to train students who are brave, creative, and ready to face challenges. The dream of the education sector is to build a strong knowledge base, where knowledge is not only contained in books, but also comes alive through practice.”

At the end of the program, 101 excellent students were officially signed labor contracts to work at Viettel, 1.4 times more than season 3, and enjoyed benefits equivalent to those of graduates.

Talented trainee program is currently a trend of large technology corporations in the world. In Vietnam, Viettel is the first technology corporation to implement it.

The Talented Internship Program season 4 ended with more than 101 excellent students officially recruited to work at Viettel, this is the largest number of recruitments in 4 years of organization.

Starting from 2021, after 4 seasons of the program, more than 700 domestic and foreign students have been trained, more than 250 graduates from Viettel Digital Talent are still working at units in the Group.

Training fields also increased 3 times including: Cloud, Information Security, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Aerospace, Semiconductor, IOT, 5G, Software Technology. These are all key groups serving the Government in implementing the national strategy on digital economic and digital society development to 2025, with a vision to 2030.

Viettel Digital Talent does not stop at teaching theory, this is a new training model, combining school and business, learning and practice, passion and reality.

As part of the strategy to develop young human resources in the technology field to carry out the pioneering and key mission of creating a digital society, Talented Intern (Viettel Digital Talent) is an annual program implemented by Viettel since 2021.
