The coastal route connecting Ha Long and Cam Pha cities ( Quang Ninh province) is 18.691km long, has 6 lanes (2 phases), with a total investment of up to 2,290 billion VND, and will officially be put into operation from 2023.

This is considered the most modern and beautiful coastal tourist route in Vietnam, connecting two cities and two natural heritages, Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.

The Ha Long - Cam Pha coastal road starts at Tran Quoc Nghien coastal road in Ha Long city and ends at Km6 port in Cam Pha city.

Along the route are speed signs and modern road markings to ensure safety for people participating in traffic.

The coastal route through the limestone mountains is an architectural and landscape highlight, a tourist attraction for sightseeing and experience.
