Quang Binh Youth Union donates bicycles to students in difficult circumstances

The Standing Committee of Quang Binh Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Quang Binh Association in Ho Chi Minh City organized the program "Bike of Love - Going to School with You" for the 2023-2024 school year.

New bicycles have been given to students in difficult circumstances.

The new school year 2023 - 2024 is approaching, with the desire to help students in difficult circumstances, especially students in remote areas, ethnic minority areas have means of transportation to school, the Standing Committee of Quang Binh Provincial Youth Union continues to launch the program "Love Bicycle - Going to School with You" to support and help children in difficult circumstances.

With love and responsibility, recently, the Association of Quang Binh Province in Ho Chi Minh City has organized the Fujiwa Cup Tennis Tournament - Thang Long Fire Prevention and Fighting to raise charity funds to accompany the program "Love Bicycle - Going to School with You" launched by the Quang Binh Provincial Youth Union. The program has received attention and support from agencies, businesses, individuals and benefactors to join hands to help poor children overcome difficulties before the new school year.

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 102 bicycles (total value of over 150 million VND) to disadvantaged students in Le Thuy, Tuyen Hoa, Bo Trach, Minh Hoa, Quang Ninh, Quang Trach districts, Ba Don town and Dong Hoi city. In addition, the Organizing Committee also presented 60 pairs of sandals to students in Minh Hoa, Tuyen Hoa, Le Thuy and Quang Ninh districts.

Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Binh Provincial Youth Union Le Thi Ngoc Ha said: Over the past time, Quang Binh children have always received attention, help and care from agencies, organizations, businesses, individuals, philanthropists and the people. Thanks to that, thousands of children in difficult circumstances in the province have been given more motivation and confidence to go to school.

The new bicycles are meaningful gifts that the Organizing Committee gave to students in the province. The gift has profound humanistic value, showing the care and concern of the community and society. Thereby, encouraging the students to strive to excel in their studies and life.
