This is an activity in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), and at the same time aims to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), contributing to honoring the value of knowledge and spreading reading culture to cadres, soldiers and students.
The contest took place enthusiastically with 3 parts: Artistic book arrangement; Introducing books and reading skills; Propagating the meaning of reading, Book Day and reading culture.

The teams from the units in the Fleet demonstrated their creativity and enthusiasm. Interspersed with special performances by officers, soldiers, teachers and students.
Through the contest, cadres, soldiers and youth union members have a deeper understanding of the role of books, and are equipped with skills to select and read books effectively. This activity contributes to training the bravery, enriching the knowledge of revolutionary soldiers in the new era, improving the qualifications of unit cadres to perform well the task, protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
