According to Decision No. 45, effective from July 10, 2024, the entire content of Decision No. 70/2010/QD-UBND dated September 11, 2010 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing work on Saturdays every week to receive and handle administrative procedures is abolished.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns relevant Departments, branches and localities to notify organizations and individuals to know and implement the following contents:
Stop receiving and returning results directly at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Reception and Result Delivery Department at all levels every Saturday.
Submission of administrative procedure dossiers every Saturday at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Reception and Result Delivery Department at all levels is carried out via online public services on the National Public Service Portal; Administrative procedure settlement information system of Central Ministries and branches; Nghe An province's administrative procedure settlement information system or via public postal services.

Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee; Directors of Departments, Heads of Provincial-level Committees and Branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards and towns and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
