Some other reporters asked, one of the contents of the report stated that "The Board of Directors of Chuong Duong Primary School quickly established a working group including representatives of the Department of Education, Party Committee, School Board of Directors, School Union, and People's Inspectorate to meet and encourage Ms. Hanh on the evening of September 30". In recent days, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper has continuously published articles reflecting on teacher Truong Phuong Hanh, homeroom teacher of class 4/3 at Chuong Duong Primary School (District 1), who has been reported for many issues. Ms. Hanh is currently suspended from work for 15 days. The decision stated the reason for Ms. Hanh's temporary suspension is "to verify and clarify the complaint, stabilize the situation of parents and students while considering disciplinary action".

To ensure the best learning conditions for students, the Board of Directors of Chuong Duong Primary School has issued a decision to assign Ms. Dinh Thi Kim Thoa, Vice Principal of the school, to take charge of class 4/3; to be in charge of teaching the students on the morning of October 1.
It is known that Ms. Thoa has been an excellent teacher for many years, receiving many certificates of merit at all levels. On the afternoon of September 30, when she was assigned to take charge of class 4/3 in place of a suspended teacher, Ms. Thoa proactively participated in interacting with the class's parent group.
On the morning of October 1, 36/38 students of grade 4/3 went to school. Compared to yesterday, the number of students returning to school was almost complete, 2 students did not go to school because they were sick.
