Hue University of Law received the Third Class Labor Medal

On April 13, the University of Law - Hue University solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 68th anniversary of its establishment and development, the 10th anniversary of its founding, and to receive the Third Class Labor Medal awarded by the President.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Training, leaders of the Hue City Party Committee and People's Committee, and units under Hue University.

The University of Law - Hue University, formerly the Faculty of Law under Hue University, was established in 1957. After many stages of development, on March 3, 2015, the Prime Minister signed a decision to establish the University of Law under Hue University.

Hue University of Law has gone through 68 years of formation and development, 10 years of establishment.

From a young unit, the school has continuously developed in scale and quality. By September 2024, the permanent teaching staff increased to 171 people, including 5 associate professors and 39 doctors. The school currently trains at many levels, from university to doctorate, with majors in Law, Economic Law and bilingual training programs in Vietnamese - English to meet the requirements of international integration.

Over the past 10 years, the University of Law - Hue University has affirmed its position as a prestigious law training institution, actively contributing to the development of high-quality legal human resources for the Central Highlands - Central region, domestically and in Laos.

International cooperation activities are a highlight of the school, with many domestic and international scientific conferences, with the participation of experts from Japan, France, USA, China, Germany, Estonia...

Hue University of Law was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal awarded by the President.

The School is currently the Chairman of the Network of Law Training Institutions in Vietnam for the 2024 - 2026 term and is ranked by the Times Higher Education (THE) in the world's 601+ Law group (in the fields of Social Sciences, Business - Economics).

The school has also been recognized twice for meeting national education quality standards in 2018 and 2023, marking its continuous efforts in improving the quality of training, research and community service.

With its outstanding achievements, the University of Law - Hue University was honored to receive many certificates of merit and emulation flags from the Ministry of Education and Training, Hue City People's Committee and central agencies. In particular, the Third Class Labor Medal awarded on this occasion is a worthy recognition for the 10-year journey of continuous development of the school's staff, lecturers, employees and students.
