Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Pham Toan Thang visited and presented gifts to frontline laborers participating in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign in Van Ban district.

On the morning of April 25, comrade Pham Toan Thang, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, and a working delegation from the province and Van Ban district visited and presented gifts to men and women who participated in the frontline laborers in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and are currently living in Van Ban district.

The delegation visited and presented gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to the following men and women: Ms. Le Thi Thuan, born in 1934, in Chieng 4 village, Vo Lao commune; Ms. Pham Thi Ngo, born in 1934, in Chieng 5 village, Vo Lao commune; Mr. Nguyen Van Sieng, born in 1929, in Chieng 5 village, Vo Lao commune; Ms. Pham Thi Ung, born in 1934, in Chieng 1 village, Vo Lao commune; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngay, born in 1934, in Chieng 3 village, Vo Lao commune; Ms. Nguyen Thi Po, born in 1936, in Chieng 7 village, Vo Lao commune. These men and women were people who had participated in the frontline laborers serving the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.

At the places visited, comrade Pham Toan Thang, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, expressed his gratitude for the great contributions of the frontline laborers who devoted their youth and contributed to the Dien Bien Phu Victory that "resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world". On behalf of the provincial delegation, he also shared his feelings, pride and gratitude to the children of Lao Cai who bravely contributed to serve on the Dien Bien Phu battlefield; wished the former frontline laborers good health, to always be a spiritual support, to educate the younger generation to continue promoting traditions, and to contribute to building the increasingly developed homeland.
