Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, was mobilized and appointed by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.
On the morning of November 15, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.
Accordingly, the Secretariat mobilized and appointed Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, to take up the position of Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.
Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization Mai Van Chinh presented the decision of the Secretariat to Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc.
Speaking at the conference, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission Mai Van Chinh assessed Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc as a capable and practical cadre, holding many positions in the locality and the Hanoi Party Committee; performing well the role of head of the Party Committee and government; in any position, he always completed the assigned tasks well and excellently.
Mr. Mai Van Chinh believes that the new Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization will promote his working experience, together with the leadership of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, departments and units, to continue to excellently fulfill assigned tasks.
The new Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization Nguyen Quang Duc was born in 1971, his hometown is Hanoi. He has a bachelor's degree in Law and advanced political theory.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc has worked for a long time in Hoai Duc district, Hanoi and has held the positions of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee, and Secretary of the District Party Committee.
In August 2020, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc was appointed to the position of Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
