In 2024, the Provincial Military Command had many innovations in mass mobilization work and achieved many results such as: Participating in the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest at the Military Region level, winning first prize in the 11 provinces and cities; organizing 2 direct dialogues between the Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command with officers and soldiers of agencies and units; mobilizing 884 officers and soldiers to participate in 4,420 working days to help people.

The Provincial Military Command also organized the "Spring of Solidarity - Tet of Military-Civilian Love" festival in some localities; organized activities to visit, give gifts, provide free medical examination and medicine to people in Ka Lum district, Sekong province (Lao PDR) on the occasion of Bunpimay Tet with a budget of 350 million VND. Regularly maintained the model "Rice jar for the poor", saving 11,980 kg of rice...

The coordination between the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission in implementing mass mobilization work has also achieved many results. Notably, regular exchanges and information on the situation of cadres and soldiers, the local defense and military situation, and pressing and outstanding issues related to ethnic minorities and religions; timely organizing working delegations to visit, give gifts, and encourage military units stationed in the province; helping people build new rural areas, prevent and overcome the consequences of natural disasters with a total value of nearly 50 million VND...
