Kim Bang War Invalids Nursing Center and Duy Tien War Invalids Nursing Center are two centers with many achievements in nurturing, nursing, caring for, and restoring the health of seriously wounded and sick soldiers. In the past time, despite many difficulties, the collective, officers, and employees of the centers have always been united, upholding their responsibilities, overcoming difficulties, and being dedicated to the work of nurturing and caring for wounded and sick soldiers.

Speaking at the visit and gift-giving ceremony at the centers, Lieutenant General Nguyen Doan Anh expressed his deep gratitude to the wounded and sick soldiers; at the same time, he acknowledged and thanked the attention, leadership, direction and support of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Committee of Ha Nam province, all levels, sectors and armed forces in the area for the wounded and sick soldiers.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Doan Anh hopes that the authorities will continue to do a good job of propagating and educating people of all walks of life about the morality of “remembering the source of water when drinking” and “repaying gratitude” of the nation and the revolutionary tradition of the homeland. The authorities will regularly care for and provide material and spiritual support to war invalids, sick soldiers, families with meritorious services, and families in difficult circumstances to stabilize their lives, feel secure, and contribute to building the locality to become increasingly prosperous.

Affirming that over the past time, the Party and State have always paid attention to caring for war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, and people with meritorious services to the revolution, Lieutenant General Nguyen Doan Anh wished war invalids and sick soldiers to always promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, maintain their health, overcome injuries and illnesses, and strive to stabilize their lives; the cadres and staff of the centers continue to devote themselves to building the centers to be increasingly strong, a warm home of love, full of gratitude and love for war invalids and sick soldiers.
