Deploying a reporting information system, connecting with the National Reporting Information System of the Ministry of Information and Communications

The conference was held to help leaders and focal officers of units grasp and understand more clearly the features of the software, thereby using and exploiting it effectively as well as making suggestions and contributions to improve the software, serving the specific tasks of personnel organization.

Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Bui Hoang Phuong delivered the opening speech at the conference.

At the Conference, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Bui Hoang Phuong said that personnel work and staff management is a regular, continuous task and has important significance in ensuring the implementation of political tasks of each agency, unit and organization. In the current era of digital transformation, the application of digital technology to staff management is an inevitable trend.

On January 10, 2023, the Minister of Information and Communications issued Directive No. 01/CT-BTTTT on the development orientation of the Information and Communications industry in 2023 and the period 2024 - 2025, assigning the task of implementing "Applying digital technology in personnel work".

In the past, the Department of Organization and Personnel has presided over the construction and development of the Software for managing cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry of Information and Communications. Up to now, through the software, the Ministry of Information and Communications has basically built a database of all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry, serving to synchronize data to the national database of civil servants and public employees as well as initially developing some additional features based on the collected database of civil servants, public employees and workers such as features for warning of salary increase, reappointment, retirement... and some related statistics and reports.

Chief of Office of the Ministry of Information and Communications Hoang Thi Phuong Luu presented a report on digital transformation at the Office of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

According to Deputy Minister Bui Hoang Phuong, to promote the effectiveness of the software, it is necessary to have the regular participation of each individual, especially the officers assigned to use and exploit the software, as well as the attention and direction of the leaders of the units.

At the Conference, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Information and Communications Hoang Thi Phuong Luu introduced new features and instructions on using the Reporting Information System, connecting to the National Reporting Information System of the Ministry of Information and Communications and demoing the Virtual Assistant of the Ministry's Office.

The conference flexibly applies practical exchange and research methods to help students solve problems arising during the process of using software and performing tasks.
