Accordingly, Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong presented the Decisions of the National Assembly Office on receiving and appointing Mr. Nguyen Sy Hao, Deputy Head of the Ethnic Committee, Voice of Vietnam to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the People's Representative Newspaper.

Handing over the decision to receive and appoint Mr. Luong Minh Duc, Deputy Director of VTC Digital Television Station, Voice of Vietnam to hold the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Assembly Television.

Congratulating the officials appointed this time, Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong stated that the officials have been entrusted by agencies and units with important tasks in the leadership and management apparatus of the People's Representative Newspaper, National Assembly Television... This is an honor but also a heavy responsibility.

The Secretary General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office also requested that the People's Deputies Newspaper, Vietnam National Assembly Television and other units continue to pay attention to, facilitate and support appointed officials to quickly access and hand over their work, thereby successfully completing their assigned tasks.

On behalf of the appointed officials, the new Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the People's Representative Newspaper, Nguyen Sy Hao, respectfully thanks the Party Committee and the leaders of the National Assembly Office, the departments and units under the National Assembly Office, especially the Party Committee and the leaders of the People's Representative Newspaper for their wholehearted support, consideration and selection, and participation in the implementation of fair and objective procedures to be accepted and appointed to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the People's Representative Newspaper.

- Mr. Nguyen Sy Hao (born in 1973), graduated from the Faculty of Journalism, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi).

Before being appointed as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the People's Representative Newspaper, Mr. Hao had a long time working at the Voice of Vietnam Radio Station in the following positions: Deputy Director of the News Center, Deputy Director of the Northwest Regional Representative Office, Director of the Northeast Representative Office, Deputy Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department. Mr. Hao also won many national and international journalism awards during his more than 20 years working at the Voice of Vietnam (VOV).

- Mr. Luong Minh Duc (born in 1982) graduated from the Diplomatic Academy, Master of Journalism and Communications in Australia. He worked for many years at the News Department of Vietnam Television (VTV) before moving to work at VTC Digital Television Station.

During his time working at VTC Station, Mr. Luong Minh Duc held the positions of: Deputy Director of Agriculture - Rural - Farmers Television Channel (VTC16), Director of News - Politics - General Channel (VTC1); Deputy Director of VTC Station.
